The Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) advises that the Registration Area Office for San Fernando & Penal/Debe, located at 194 Circular Road, San Fernando will be closed at 2 pm, and the Registration Area Sub Office for Penal /Debe, located at 1323 S.S. Erin Road, Penal will be closed at 1 pm on Thursday 5th February 2026.
Normal operations will resume on Friday 6th February 2026.
The EBC apologizes for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.
